Rates

Our philosophy is that you should not need to worry about financial transactions while on vacation, and our rates are as all-inclusive as possible. Rates include meals, activities, guides, children’s programs, and lodging. The only extras are bar charges, shooting sports, and off-ranch excursions. We discourage individual tipping and add a 15% hospitality fee to the reservation cost, which is shared among the staff.

During most weeks of the season, the A Bar A is home to approximately 110 guests and 110 staff members. Our season begins the first week of June and ends the last week of September.

A Bar A Headquarters

• Adults – $765.00 each per night
• Children 6-11 – $625.00 each per night
• Children 3-5 – $470.00 each per night
• Children under 3 – No Charge
• Nanny – $310.00 each per night
• Classic Expeditions Adults – $825.00 each per night
• Classic Expeditions Youth 6-11 – $670.00 each per night
• Self-Supported Expeditions (Summer) – $480.00 each per night
• Self-Supported Expeditions (Fall) – $500.00 each per night

• Lodging and accommodations
• All meals served at ranch (including cookouts)
• Guided trout fly fishing on river, streams, ponds
• Horseback riding with experienced wranglers
• Children’s Program and Teen Program with experienced camp counselors (for kids 3 years and older)
• Shooting instruction for skeet, trap, and 5-Stand ranges
• Tennis court, pickle ball court, and nine-hole golf course
• Outdoor heated swimming pool
• Laundry facilities
• Transport by Ranch cars, within confines of the Ranch for fishing and picnics

• Transportation by Ranch cars outside the Ranch (one-way: $300 to Laramie / $100 to Saratoga)
• Bar and store purchases
• Raft and off-site guided fishing
• Massage
• $20 wine corkage fee (we have 100+ superb & reasonably-priced wines on our list)
• Shells, clay targets: $40 per round for trap, skeet, 5-Stand. (Prices subject to change) We shoot only steel shot on our ranges. If you bring your own shells, please use steel shot.
• A 15% hospitality fee is included in your bill; this goes directly to staff.
• Please do not tip individuals.
• 11% Wyoming Lodging Tax
• 6% Wyoming Sales Tax (on incidentals during your stay)

A 50% deposit is required within two weeks of confirming reservations. If you must cancel before March 1st, there is a full refund. After March 1st, we refund only for the portion of your reservation that we are able to re-book. Please note that we do not accept credit cards for deposits. Payments can be made via check or wire transfer. No credit will be allowed for absences during the reserved time or for departure before the agreed-upon date.
